Report a problem with a video

If a video, caption or posting plan has something wrong, offensive or untrue in it, email [email protected] with the business name and the video's title, or a screenshot. We look into every report, and we can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break our Terms.

Signing in

Enter your email address and we email you a 6-digit code. Codes last 20 minutes. If it doesn't come, check your spam or promotions folder, then ask for a new code.

Posting reminders on iPhone

In the Kinetix Promo app for iPhone, open Settings and turn on Remind me to post. You get a notification on each posting day of your 30-day plan, at the time the plan suggests. Tap it to open that day's post.

Saving and posting your videos

On iPhone, the app saves a video straight to Photos, then you can open Instagram or share it to any app. On a computer, it downloads to your Downloads folder.

Deleting your account

Open Account and choose Delete my account (in the iPhone app: Settings, then Delete account). It deletes your brands, photos, clips and videos, and can't be undone. On the website, cancel a paid plan in Manage billing first; in the iPhone app, deleting your account cancels it too.
