Do I need to film anything?
No. Use the photos and clips you already have, or make a text-only video with no photos at all. Better photos make better videos, and we flag the ones that won't look good.
Who owns the videos?
You do. Post them anywhere (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, your website) and run them as ads, for as long as you like, even after you cancel. The music is made by our engine, so there's nothing to license.
Do you use AI?
Claude, by Anthropic, writes the first draft of your scenes and tags your photos, and you check every word before anything is made. The video itself is drawn by our own animation engine, not an AI video model.
What happens to my photos?
They stay in your private library until you delete them or close your account, and they're only used to make your videos. We never use them to train AI. A free account nobody uses for a year is closed, after an email. More in our privacy policy.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your plan page. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, and you keep your videos.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Kinetix Promo isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it, as long as you've made 3 or fewer HD videos. The details are in our refund policy.
